When the system is replying the message you are not authorised to setup the system, this means the phone number which you are using to setup the system is not saved (correct) in the SMS or phone list in the X500 settings.
The only way to solve this is by using an other phone of which the phone number has been saved correctly in the SMS or phone list and send the number '5' and '6' seperately. Sending the number 5 will show the phone numbers saved for calling upon alarm. Sending number '6' will show the list of saved numbers which will receive a SMS upon alarm.
- Copy the exact list in the SMS edit part
- Edit/add the numbers
- Send back the SMS
- The panel should reply it's successfully store
Note: phone numbers should only be saved in numbers, don't use the "+" symbol.
