Z-Wave devices require a separate command and physical confirmation from the device itself in order to be excluded and removed from a controller.
Note: In order to exclude a Z-Wave device, you must have the physical device with you and be within range of the K2 Smart Hub.
Step 1: Read the “Exclusion” instruction from your purchased Z-Wave device package.
Step 2: In the “smanos home” app, enter the “Accessories List” from the K2 device page and tap the [+] button on the top right corner to find the “Z-Wave Products” page. Swipe the device from right to left and input the password (Default: 111111, you can change this password in Z-Wave Settings Network management password section) to begin the exclusion process of that Z-Wave device.
Step 1: Read the “Exclusion” instruction from your purchased Z-Wave device.
Step 2: In the “smanos home” app, tap on “Z-Wave Settings” in the “Settings” menu. Select “Delete Z-Wave Device” and input password to begin the exclusion process of the Z-Wave device.
